Gene and Flora are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year! You may remember their beautiful portrait session that I shared with you all a few months ago. I had the honor of photographing their anniversary celebration too! It was such a wonderful time! This family pulled out all of the stops to put together the most epic anniversary party I have ever seen. From the fire and hula dancers down to the tiny details of the handmade flower arrangements and favors put together by their daughter – every thing about this celebration was amazing. The Drop Entertainment brought down the house with the DJ and photo booth. Everyone had such a great time. I’ve also never seen one family with so many talented dancers! The hula dancers had all of the men up dancing with them and then challenged them to do a dance off, and I was blown away by the talent. They were pulling out all of the stops from break dancing to doing the worm. It was incredible to see and so much fun. Gene and Flora had a beautiful celebration surrounded by their closest family and friends, some of which were friends from decades ago that traveled from around the world to be there. I loved capturing this special time for them. Happy Golden Anniversary!
